Can anyone think of another President that actually got personally involved in organized huge groups of protesters and sent them into State Capitals to defend unions (or any other type of thing) before?
We may be watching this happen for the first time in American history.
I think this is a dangerous precedent.
hussein obama is first and foremost a union thug and radical. It's all he knows.
My government doesn't listen to me and I really don't believe that this country can survive a civil war between citizens in the streets.
You say denouncing our POTUS's involvement is the wrong move and calling him out for promoting anti-government union protests is inappropriate?

Obama is on the side of the Communist Unions. He has drawn the line and is clearly the enemy within as Obama encourages anti-government protests within the individual states.

There's absolutely no way he'll get the courage to suggest that the Dems that ran and hid do what they were elected and are paid to do.
Those of us with a lick of common sense are going to have to go out and counter protest the unions. And it'll be even more important for us to elect and re-elect those (Christie, Walker, Cuomo, etc.) who are finally doing something about them.

Teachers get paid squat for a ridiculously hard job.
This destruction of benefits won't affect only teachers but everyone who works.
Too bad people are extremely shortsighted and won't see this until it's too late.
You should be protesting that you don't have benefits while others do.

The world laughs at the US and at how the citizens shoot themselves in the foot to support anyone but the workers.
I have heard that the Gov. tried to negotiate but. the uion will not do so.
I also heard in Wisc. the teachers pay 0, nada, zilch toward their health care. they also have no deductible to pay.
The gov. has asked that they pay, I think 1 to 2 % of their health care and the union refuses.
I find that very unacceptible. The state is broke. Everyone has to take up some slack.

The November elections were all about getting our financial houses back in shape.

There is nothing illegal about these protests by the teachers. Settle down folks. Read our constitution from the top, it's a good start.
We, as US citizens, all have the right to assemble and petition the government for grievances. Reasons can be any. Timing can be any. Full stop. Period.
Buckle up, indeed. It's not going to end with Wisconsin. With our debt and actual insolvency of many states, local and national government it's going to flare up further. It's just a matter of time. The country is going bankrupt.
Our country's founders have wisely devised many vents for the populace, but sometimes the pressure just builds up enough to blow the lid off.
Demanding $750K worth of Viagra and not wanting to pay for it got the WI union where they are today.
We have no money but the unions don't seem to understand that or seem to think that doesn't apply to them.
