Yeah it does sometimes give you deep thoughts. Not a bad thing if you ask me.
The powers that be find those with "deep thoughts" to be slightly threatening. You are not supposed to have deep thoughts..Big Brother wants you to have only shallow thoughts.

And you don't need to tell people what they can and cannot consume! If you're truly a conservative you would understand this and realize it is not up to the government what they can put in their bodies. If I want to toke up every once in awhile to take the edge off, or use it to relieve some pain, then that is MY business! At least it's better than taking anti-anxiety meds or getting hooked on pain pills, which is nothing more than legalized heroin!
I am not a pro-pot legalization proponent but I find the hypocrisy astounding that on one hand the DEA is granting licenses to Big Pharma to produce medical marijuana and on the other the FDA claiming it has no medicinal use. It's all about the $$.
Now I'm confused. I thought it was the DEA who claims marijuana has no medical value. Why should it turn around and grant licenses to BIg Pharma to produce medical marijuana? Can someone clear up the apparent conflict?
Looks like my government here in Canada is walking lock step with American policy again. Today they announce that they are getting out of the medical pot business. They are going to leave the mini industry in the hands of private growers...The government wants nothing to do with it.
To be open and honest about the matter...I wonder why the American administration is so against pot? It's probably not government but private concerns that have the most negative out look on the substance. If you are going to be mainstream and serve the elite as they expect you too...I suspect they don't like pot because of the way it makes you think.
The drug has this quality that makes money - power - politics look like a joke. Someone lusting for power and insisting on certain modes of thinking is going to get laughed at by some kid puffing a joint...Those who seek power want to be taken seriously...If you are stoned - you really can't take them seriously because - The so-called system is a joke....I don't smoke pot anymore because it intensifies reality...I don't need to be any more intense than I all ready am.
Feds? They are in bed with Big Pharma so... of course they proclaim as such.
Also,
Look at to the studies, namely Californian, on what Cannabinoids
do.
Treatment wise,Ask anyone who uses marijuana to curve their multitude of symptoms from MS to treating cancer nausea from kemo. They will tell you otherwise.
Today I have no use for the smoking of pot. I am naturally out of the ball park. There was a time when it was fun and it let the mind wander and break the bounds of reality...Once you mature you get past that stage. My thoughts are out of bounds straight..Those who like to control people worry about the wild thoughts of pot smokers...They worry more about those who naturally surpass what pot delivers.
In the mean time fine minds are being wasted with the high grade pot of today...and the government wants you to believe that you are being a rebel...They LOVE pot heads..they fear those who rise above the high...I think their approach is to keep the substance a taboo..which makes people keep smoking...If they legalized it perhaps the charm would disappear...a drunk or stoned population is easy to manage.
