No its called reality. Half the people in this country don't even know who actually holds their loan. Do you? Fannie holds mine after doing some exhaustive reasearch.

Look at the words in the title, not the issue isn't that the loan is backed...the issue is that it is subsidized.

If you don't understand what the words tax subsidized means, Google can help you.
