If, on the other hand, you were talking about his father's student visa... then that's completely irrelevant. Birthright citizenship belongs to the baby... nobody else. His father's drivers license, immunization record and 4th grade Spelling Bee medal don't matter either.

Obama was subject to the U.K.'s citizenship jurisdiction. He owed*allegiance*to a foreign power at birth.
Legally, Obama isn't even a U.S. citizen at all. He is only recognized as one by current political policy.

The real Constitutionalists are those who accept and conform to the system of jurisprudence and decisive legal authority given us by Article III. And 22 Article III courts have declared Barack Obama to be a natural born citizen, eligible for the position he has held now for more than four years.
