There are a lot of overeducated underemployed baristas in this country. As far as I can tell, the Republican jobs plan is to have even more overeducated underemployed Americans.

Those people don't need to shop around, they don't see it as their own hard earned money like a working person must. They don't think anything of "buying" a $5 gallon of milk because for them it's all free food. They do bring prices up because the stores know they don't care about prices when it's all free.
