Occupy Wall Street protesters walking down Broadway in Lower Manhattan on Tuesday morning with copies of a court order explained to onlookers that they intend to return to Zuccotti Park.
Great, you can copy and paste a video description.

It's some OWS protesters explaining the injunction they received from the court. Apparently it says that they are allowed to be in the park, with their stuff if they want, until 11:30 pm (at which point presumably they have to leave for the night). If that's the ruling, it seems eminently fair.
Telling the protesters they can't bring tents into Zuccotti Park, is like asking Ziggy Marley not to inhale.
Exactly, if they're not legally allowed to stay in the park overnight why let them bring in tents and sleeping bags until 11pm? At 11pm it's just going to be another eviction and people are going to be pushing harder than ever to get the police to react with violence so they have something on video they can use.
The ruling by Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Michael Stallman says that city can stop protesters from bringing tents, tarps and other camping equipment into the park.
I just have to ask. Why do these people think they have a RIGHT to camp on other people's property?
Oh dear. The judges order was VACATED....OWS cannot camp on private property.
Anyone with half a brain seen this one coming. Priority rights are fundamental to the nation, if you take them away, then no other law holds value.
