No one has an issue with peaceful assembly. WE DO have issue with law breaking.


Zuccotti Park has rules. the city has laws. none have been followed. period.

By that rationale, the city could just make a law that prevents signs, petitions, megaphones (they already do) and standing in a park or on a sidewalk for more than 30 seconds. Then they could just arrest anyone for "breaking the law", no questions asked, right?
