The State of Georgia is bound by law NOT TO PLACE ANY NON-VETTED CANDIDATE ONTO THE BALLOT. In other words, no compliance (just as in the recent Republican primary in Virginia), means NO APPEARANCE on the State ballot. The burdon rest solely on Obama to prove he is a 'Constitutional' natural born citizen as originally intended by the founders for Article 2 Section 1 purposes.
The term "law of nations" happens to refer to International Law (and that was the term used to DESCRIBE International Law during the founding of our country and hence forth), not domestic law, which is what citizenship is covered under.
Just because a passage uses the term "law of nations", it doesn't mean that its referring to de Vattels book (which wasn't called the Law of Nations anyway)

Seems the poster above has no idea Vattel's Law of Nations has 4 parts. This includes forming a Nation and a Constitution.
If any one wants to locate the missing library book suggest an opening of General Washington's tomb. Oh...but Obots do not care for the First President of the United States.
