The Minor definition of a natural born citizen is going to be presented to the court on the 26th. We could care less if the perpetual defendant ignores the legal subpoena.
And all in all, we really couldn't care less (note correct usage) when the 26th comes and goes and you ignore the legal outcome. Which I will now predict.

Please don't call it the Minor definition. It's the birther definition. Hopefully the judge will reject the definition, as the Minor case wasn't about citizenship, and they explicitly stated that they weren't offering up an exclusive definition, anyway.

Here's the way I see it. THe Hawaii state officials could have been pressured to accept a less than authentic document. I'm not saying they did or that it was. Just maybe they were.
