Obama had released his BC a LONG time ago, oh wait that was a State sanctioned forgery.

If the GOP or Tea Party(that sounds silly by the way) thought they had a chance of winning they wouldn't even bother since all this would be moot come November.

I can easily prove he is a citizen. His mother was American. What is in question is his place of birth. Yes, I believe the birth certificate could be a forgery. I don't know that it is. What is needed is an independent expert examination of the document.
I hope judges all over this country do the same thing.
the title of this thread is misleading. the judge has not issued any subpoena for this hearing. all he's done is reject a motion to quash orly's subpoena for lack of citing legal authority. the defense attorney can resubmit ( and assumedly it will be accepted if it cites legal authority ).
Defendant Obama is not a citizen..it does not matter his birth location...
