Don't know about that, but I can post what the Democratic National Committee states about Obama's citizenship:
Quote:
"FactCheck.org Clarifies Barack's Citizenship

When Barack Obama Jr. was born on Aug. 4,1961, in Honolulu, Kenya was a British colony, still part of the United Kingdom’s dwindling empire. As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.‘s children."

Obama was born subject to a foreign power. So says the Democratic National Committee.

Obama was born subject to a foreign power. The Democratic National Committee posted that information about Obama.
Too bad the Italian Government disagrees with you : Ministry of Foreign Affairs - FAQ - Citizenship
If war was declared between England and the US in 1962, the US could legally detain the father, mother and the spurious born child.

Bideshi: I've got a legal term for you: "Non compos mentis"

Disclaimer- I don't actually think you're mentally deficient. I just wanted to use a liberal tactic for once, which is, if you disagree with me then you're delusional.

Its amazing to us..how can a father..who does not meet the holding in Wong Kim Ark be considered domiciled and permanent resident when his immigration records show he was not.

He was a non immigrant student on a temporary visa.

The requirement for citizenship at birth under the 14th Amendment that the alien parents must be domiciled here was upheld in Kwok Jan Fat v. White, 253 U.S. 454:

"It is not disputed that if petitioner is the son of Kwock Tuck Lee and his wife,
Tom Ying Shee, he was born to them when they were permanently domiciled in
the United States, is a citizen thereof, and is entitled to admission to the country.
United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649." Kwok Jan Fat v. White

Defendant Obama is not a citizen..it does not matter his birth location...

Do you think they'd bring this challange if Mitt wasn't a Mormon? or is it the color of his skin? What else could it be? Why does Michael Jackson hate Mitt Romney so much?

His mother was a US citizen and he is eligible for citizenship through her. His citizenship is not the issue. What is crucial for his eligibility for the Presidency is the place of birth. I have two children, one born in the US and one born overseas. The first is eligible for the presidency, the second is not. They are both US citizens from birth.

We will present to the court this illegal administration is rewriting government manuals to give a false impression the defendant is a citizen when legally he's not.

The defendant is a presumed citizen.

The defendant's birth status is not covered by the holdings in Wong Kim Ark and Kwok Jan fat. We want the defendant to present a BC to the court.

I guess the GOP has given up on the 2012 election ... Why else would they bring up something that has been proven a LONG time ago.

I think ya'll should be jumping on your party officials for giving up and it's only January. So sad
