All of the Obot arguments being presented on this thread are futile attempts to distract from the undeniable conclusion the defendant is not Constitutionally qualified to be on the Georgia ballot.

I point out again that even after more than three years of effort, Barack Obama is still President of the United States.
That is the crucial question. Was he born in Kenya or Hawaii. There is evidence of either case. The evidence must be examined for validity to determine the truth.
There is no evidence for a Kenyan birth.
There is absolute legal proof of a Hawaiian birth.
How is it that Birthers can suffer such intense delusions as the ones in your post?
I can easily prove he is a citizen. His mother was American. What is in question is his place of birth. Yes, I believe the birth certificate could be a forgery. I don't know that it is. What is needed is an independent expert examination of the document.
And still you fail to answer the basic question. His mother was an American. He was born to an American mother. American citizenship would have easily been acquired for him no matter where he was born. So why would his mother or grandparents have taken any actions to say he was born somewhere else than where he was actually born? Why?
And if said "self authenticating document" is not authentic? Does the Constitution protect fraud?
Obama doesn't have to prove it is authentic.
As long as the State of Hawaii affirms that it is authentic, then other states and the federal government have no choice but to accept its authenticity. That's the law according to the Constitution.
There was no resubmission. You probably will not see one.
Jablonski has written off this judge and may not even show up on Thursday at all.

i knew this was a possibility but figured it was unlikely due to the high profile nature of the hearing. orly is going to freaking implode with glee no matter what the decision ( altho that could be entertaining too ).
i assume he still has today and maybe tomorrow to resubmit.

Even if he is busy, he doesn't have to be there to supply all these documents.
Much of the stuff regarding his college days should have been made public the first election, especially with various family members running around saying they were there at the birth in another country.
Granted the relatives could be nuts, but you have to follow up and this should have been done a long time ago.
