The devalued dollar is going to cause real estate to increase in value ultimately.
The stock market will be jolted soon by some meaningless story in Portugal, or some unforeseen violence somewhere in the world.
The US dollar, and moreso the Euro, is going the way of the Zimbabwe dollar or the Brazilian cruzado.
Good American land is the best bet.
Yeah like that "unforseen" attack on Iran right? It's all engineered! Labor markets, WallStreet, etc. There is no such thing as free market capitalism in the US or really much of the world.
The damage is being undone, In 2009 it was 1200 and today it is 2900. Pretty cool.

A surge in hiring last month lifted U.S. stocks Friday, with the technology-heavy Nasdaq index hitting an 11-year high, as the data boosted hopes the world's largest economy has turned a corner.
The broad-based rally also lifted the Dow Jones industrial to its highest level since before the 2008 financial crisis. More than 450 stocks across all sectors hit 52-week highs, including Apple, United Parcel Service, Yum Brands and MasterCard.
I agree it is encouraging news that employment numbers are a lot better, I will eat my crow I was expecting a drop off. I have known you awhile and we have both read the book ' The Creature from Jekyll Island". You might recall that the stock market had a significant drop then it rallied for a couple of years and then there was the crash in 1929. Could history be repeating itself?
You can pick up parcels of land in Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, Punta Gorda incredibly cheap today.
Lots that sold for $40,000 5 years ago can now be bought for next to nothing.
