None of this evidence discovered by Arpaio's team has ever been submitted into court.
No evidence has been doiscpovered by Arpaio's team. All of it is a rehash of stuff debunked eight months ago. Furthermore, all of the phony evidence that the birth certiifcate was forged has been submitted into multiple courts. It has been declared worthless in both Georgia and Indiana just in the last few weeks.
The Selective Service "evidence" has not because, surprise, surprise, it is irrelevant to presidential eligibility.
No, those videos were just created for the live presentation yesterday. This is not the evidence they will enter into court. The evidence that will be submitted includes expert testimony, official documents, affidavits and such. And yes, its all official.

How could you know that? Certainly not from the phone Arpaio "investigation." It's official, we know from the follow up coverage today that Arpaio's "posse" never even bothered to ask the Hawaii DoH if it was real.
I mean seriously... what kind of investigator takes 6 months and forgets to even ask the source of the document if it is real?

The Arizona Republic contacted Hawaii after Arpaio's presser and asked if anyone from the Sheriff's Office or representing the Posse ever contacted anybody in Hawaii asking about access to or validity of any documents mentioned in the Posse report, or if any subpoenas were issued.
The Attorney General of Hawaii replied "No, not once."
In what alternative universe can Arizona indict officials from another state?

The Sheriff Arpio investigation is to determine if Obama is eligible to be on the Arizona ballot for President of the United States ... obviously he can't based on the results. Election fraud was committed in Arizona based on the evidence but this is local to Arizona. During the investigation, much more evidence was discovered that is applicable to a criminal investigation and the Arpaio team recommended a criminal investigation should be started but this won't be the Arpaio team doing this investigation. They will however handover the evidence they collected during their election investigation. The criminal investigation will occur in US Congress.
