NO new proof that hasn't already been shown and struck down in courts has been delivered.
There has been no official proof in the past until now. The reports that the birth certificate was a fraud and manipulated in the past came from non law enforcement and Obama supporters claimed the discrepancies in the pdf were an artifact of Adobe illustrator ... and no one challenged that response at the time ... and that whole event was not in a court of law and the accusations were not made by law enforcement.
Now we have law enforcement conducting an official investigation over six months and their finding came to the same conclusions with much more evidence ... but this time its an official investigation ... and this time they have expert witnesses who have signed affidavits and willing to testify in a court of law ... and this time they have a person of interest in the creation of the pdf file ...

Name one actual piece of "evidence" that this "investigation" cited that is distinct from what has been brought forward by birthers in the past in "non-official investigations."
Secondly, if you are so convinced that Obama was not born in Hawaii, I want to hear how you think this happened. When did Stanley Ann Dunham leave Hawaii to travel halfway around the world to Kenya? Why? Why did she leave the US while Obama Sr. did not leave the US the whole time? Where in Kenya was Obama born? When? How did he get back into the US without a passport? How were there newspaper announcements of Obama's birth in Honolulu, since the announcements were generated from Department of Health records? Why would his mother in all subsequent forms lie and claim her son was born in Honolulu, especially when he would be a citizen by dint of the fact that she was a citizen?
Its been proven that Obama's birth certificate on the White House website is fraudulent so how can you state "There is absolutely no--zero--evidence that President Obama was born anywhere other than Hawaii." /qu
Look at all of the blatant attacks from the left on President Bush over the past decade. Was that racism from the left? No, it was that they didn't agree with his policies. What makes you think the people who oppose President Obama just don't agree with his policies? To say its because of racism against blacks makes you a racist and playing the race card.
I have never accused people of being racist because they disagree with President Obama's policies. That's why in the part of my post you didn't quote I said that disagreeing with his policies is not necessarily racist.
Since there is absolutely no evidence to even raise a good-faith question about his eligibility to serve as President, and since it is clear that nobody taking that position is compelled to take that position by the strength of the evidence, there is only one reasonable explanation.
All I can say is you don't know jack on how a scan and Adobe pdf works. That is proof and it can stand in court.

Neither did their expert, Mara Zebest, who wrote the entire report for Joe Arpaio. The same word for word report that she posted to World Nut Daily 8 months prior.
The "expert" failed to realize that the scanned certificate on the white house website, wasn't even scanned in by any ADOBE product. It was done by a native MAC software.
And Adobe doesn't own PDF. They just provide a software that is able to read it, and make them.
This proves that birthers no jack crap about the law as well as technology
