Barack Obama thinks you're stupid. He only wants you to hear "tax on millionaires" so that he can collect your vote. That's his only purpose.

It's all just a game obama is playing to pander to people and buy votes.
It's obvious from the trillions in deficit spending and massive contribution to our national debt, that obama is unconcerned with the amounts collected thru tax revenue, he just spends whatever he wants, regardless of the tax receipts.
