Why do the "people who don't approve of homosexuals" think they can use the most vile language to describe gay people (seriously, pedophile? On what grounds?) but as soon as ANY response from a gay person is made, the gay person is accused of name-calling?
I don't call gay people pedophiles - I state that both pedophilia and homosexuality are wrong and call out hypocrisy of people who say anyone should be able to marry whomever they love - but then deny that "right" to certain groups - like pedophiles.
Pedophile American = Criminal, I don't suppose you will get it, but others will.

After 48 pages, I have to conclude that my premise was correct when I began this thread....There are a lot of homophobic bigots in the US, some far worse than others....What amazes me is how some try and defend their position by accusing those that support equality for all, of what they themselves practice by calling us the bigots....
They claim the we are bigoted against their bigotry, an amazing lack of logic! Others claim that we are bigoted against Christianity, or whatever belief the hold dear...It is just not true....I do not care what religion you are or if you lack belief at all, if you are of the opinion that homosexuals do not have the right to be treated equally and with respect, you are a bigot...What is hardest for me to understand is that these people will vote against equality, even though it has no effect on their lives at all...They can keep their bigotry, but should learn to mind their own business.

Yes, in certain instances, those being inciting violence against any group or persons. This includes everyone, not just homosexuals.
