Heterosexuals shove disgusting notions in people's faces on a daily basis. The thought of 2 fat, redneck Walmart shopping heterosexuals having sex makes me want to vomit.

Our constitution protects the smallest minority of all---the individual. This includes individual gays.

Do you really believe that there are loads of gays in 1,500 people? Many of which are kids under 18 and still in school, farmers, skilled tradesmen, firemen, police officers, a few school teachers etc..? I think that '77 Trans Am and the guns we own and carry scares most off, don't you think? I'd love to see the gay farmer hop up on his John Deere. As John Wayne would say..."that'll be the day"!

It's probably due to the disproportional amount of press gays get. For example, deaf people get very little press but comprise a similar percent of our population.

Statistically, it's almost a given that the gay population is in the double digits, likely the high double digits, but that's not what I responded to. The lack of internal logic in your post amused me, is all.

From how popular any thread about gays seems to be on this forum it appears to me that the 25% number may be right. However, I pretty well know all those who get wound out about gayety although many of them are not gay but just left leaners wanting to take part and appear to be that way.
