Never been to Thailand, so I can't comment. I know the scenery and scuba diving is pretty darn good over there. My wife is Panamanian, so I have been there a lot, and I know about the perks they offer to foreigners who move there. Also, it is not too far from here.

It is unfortunate that so many who have never ventured outside of their own state let alone to another country are so opinunated. There are many places that have much to offer.
Limbaugh went to the Dominican Republic for his sexual tourism. He may also go to Thailand, but he is known to visit the D.R.
Was he arrested, filmed, recorded or any other evidence of this transgression? Visiting a country is hardly evidence of wrong doing. I am no fan of Rush, but until I see actual proof,evidence then I will presume the man innocent.
As for Thailand and sex tourism. They do have a thriving sex trade. The majority of customers also happen to be european.

We can balance the budget easily. Cut the military by 50%, social services by 50% and raise the tax break on charity so the private sector makes up for the difference.
And tax ANYONE with an income over 250K on a flat rate only with no loopholes AT ALL.
Social services expenditures total $1.0 trillion plus. How do you cut $500+ billion without lowering SS payments, Medicare reimbursement, SSI, welfare, etc..?
Given the path Obama is pursuing to destroy commerce in the USA, I'm looking for alternatives if he wins again. Actually most every American that I'm working with are doing the same.
When it was obvious Obama would win the last time, I pulled most of my money and investments out of the US and saved and built my wealth tremendously by doing so. I'll pull more out if he wins again and liekly emigrate. The 47% will soon be 60% and all incentive to invest and grow the US economy will be gone. For those happy to see the US destroyed, congrats.

Well on these boards, most Republicans/Conservatives seem to hold that view. Their ideology fits in with most of the 3rd World, and they reject the majority of the 1st World.
