Personally it's all the same to me, lying by omission or straight up bald face lying. Neither is acceptable especially from companies using PUBLIC airwaves to do so.
So, to be fair how about confronting main stream news for their follies and failures or are they all pure as the driven snow?
After the election when the hearings are allowed to proceed hopefully it'll all come out. If it's shown that the claims of coverup and lying are true then I'd fully expect everyone on here who's blindly taking the admin's word for what happened to demand prosecution just like was done to the last administration.

We can pretty much make up anything we want, because 0bama and his White House have been so evasive and unwilling to tell us anything at all. I could say:
"Obama never bothered to ask about the security concerns in Benghazi, and never even knew the ICRC and British embassy were attack with RPGs and had pulled out of Libya by June of this year"
And you would be unwilling to contradict me, because even that little bit of information has not been forthcoming from this White House.

Agreed, sitting back and remaining silent, and knowingly allowing people to be misled and deceived would get a lawyer disbarred in a court of law. 0bama knows this, and yet he has been happy to be a part of the deception and keeping the country in the dark.

All it would take is a press conference and a speech to the nation by 0bama, but he refuses to do it, and all we get is the back of his hand. So until our government starts to be upfront and transparent with the people, we will be forced to struggle our way to the truth.
Fox News and CBS are forced to deal in rumors, opinion and leaks from unnamed sources because our government is working against us, and refusing to be honest and open with us. Whatever happened to "speak truth to power"? Or is that only applicable to republicans?
The OP is starting threads all over the place "debunking" stories that have come out regarding the administration and alleged claims of what they knew, what they didn' know, what they did, what they didn't do. Apparently the only credible "un-named officials" and "un-named sources" are his.
Sorry. Stink Progress is not a credible source. They are propagandists, "Progressives" who are all in the same camp as Obama and the administration.
No one even cared to investigate the attack except Fox, because of the implications for the administration and the up coming election. It was learned by Fox early on that the attack was not "spontaneous" and carried out by an "angry mob," but was indeed al-Qaeda (they claimed responsibility as early as the next morning). The rest of the media, and the White House, insisted it was because of a video for weeks. They claimed they had no requests for extra security. We now know all this was a lie.
As information and details were discovered, and the cover up by the administration became clear, the rest of the media became interested, but only in an effort to provide cover for the administration.
Fox News is reporting the truth on this matter, as more and more information, details from emails and other communications, and testimony of military officials, comes in.
