According to an August story in the Tampa Bay Times, Kelley's identical twin sister Natalie Khawam, a Tampa lawyer who represents whistleblowers, is embroiled in a nasty lawsuit with her former employer, whom she has accused of sexual harassment and other charges. The employer has fought back with court documents claiming Khawam has a "history of abusing the litigation process." According to a bankruptcy petition she filed this year, Khawam lives with the Kelleys in Tampa, and owes $3.2 million in unpaid debt. According to the Chicago Tribune, Khawam was also involved in a brutal custody fight with her former husband, Grayson Wolfe, a Washington, D.C.-based venture capitalist who once worked for the Coalition Provisional Authority in Iraq. The New York Post reports today that Petraeus wrote a letter in support of Khawam to the court in the case, although we have not been able to confirm this. According to the Post, the judge called Khawam a "psychologically unstable person," and awarded Wolfe sole custody of the 3-year-old child the couple.

These people should be disbarred for sure.

I have a picture of Libyan prisoners with their hands bound behind their backs fixing to get into a black SUV at the consulate an hour before the attack. The pic was leaked last night on the website 'Free Republic' by a intelligence guy. I am waiting on a source to get them for me and I will post the pic as soon as it becomes available. There indeed were prisoners.

There is no legal way she could be in possession of classified materials in her email on a laptop. Said record wouldn't have been in her email or been allowed out of the building though.

The USG has a pretty strict system in place regarding classified information and unclassified info. If you have a computer that has classified information on it, that computer is in fact not connected to the net or things like regular email. For her to have such info in her email? Ill-gotten.
Exactly. That computer wouldn't have gotten out of the locked room, and would certainly not be her personal computer.

Need to know, folks. There much more to a clearance than just having one.

Well Jill has lawyered up (hoping for a windfall??), and so has Paula (who knows). Coincidentally they are taking the Monica Lewinsky path.

Obviously it was concluded that what was on her laptop was not classified. Sensitive-possibly classified - conclusion: no security breach.

FBI agents contacted Petraeus, and he was told that sensitive, possibly classified documents related to Afghanistan were found on her computer. He assured investigators they did not come from him, and he mused to his associates that they were probably given to her on her reporting trips to Afghanistan by commanders she visited in the field there. The FBI concluded there was no security breach

I'm starting to feel sorry for the General. He made a terrible misjudgement with these people. So did a lot of people. The whole lot of them seem to be unsavory scam artists.

That is a lot of high ranking movement in a very short time.

Here's one story about the Navy Admiral. There's more out there.

The U.S. Navy said Saturday it is replacing the admiral in command of an aircraft carrier strike group in the Middle East, pending the outcome of an internal investigation into undisclosed allegations of inappropriate judgment.

I feel sorry for him, his wife and their children. They are the ones that have to work it out. In 6 months this will no longer be an issue and in a year's time a vague memory. Hopefully he can recover and repair the damage done to his marriage if that is what he and his wife want to do.

As for Broadwell, she will write a tell all book, make money and hopefully fade away.

I just heard that it was determined that there was no affair between Allen and Kelley. The email exchanges were merely flirtatious.
