They won't allow Palestine to be recognized because then they would be able to have the ICC, the International Criminal Court, hold Israel accountable for Geneva convention violations and atrocities committed against these people. That would surely expose the U.S. for knowingly supporting the crimes.

Actually, Jews have lived side by side with their "neighbors" for centuries. What the Palestinians are horrified by is the fact that since the June 6, 1967 War initiated by Israel against Syria, Jordan and Egypt displaced 129,000 Palestinians and established the present occupation of the West Bank territories granted to the Palestinians first by the UN Partition Plan and later established as result of the 1947 Arab Israeli War. At some point the only way this will be resolved is when an outside party gets enough never to stand between these to parties and says enough is enough. Israel must return to its 1967 borders in accordance with UN Resolution 242, and the Palestinians and other Arab nations must recognize Israels right to exist within those borders.

I'm not criticising him for being emotional, I'm criticising him for taking his emotions out on others. Anyone who does that to somebody else should apologise.
