Another example of you folks getting it wrong. It doesn't matter which party won the damned election, as long as the person we elected is competent and their policies will be good for the nation. and yet, to you that's all it's about, petty partisan politics.

Our government has spent almost $6 trillion in new debt, on top of normal federal spending, and what do we have to show for it after four years? Not a damn thing.

Tens of millions unemployed, a fifty year high in poverty, 15 million new people on food stamps, that's over 340,000 people going on food Stamps each and every month, and the unemployed go longer and longer just to find a job. Americans are in pain, and living in dire economic circumstances, and all it is to you is a game.

When will the people on the left wake up and start giving a **** about the people who are suffering in this economy? Let me guess, not as long as a democrat is in the White house, is my guess, because it's all about partisan politics to you guys, and not about the country.

Shawn Turner is a named source. That's the opposite of an unnamed source.

You've been lied to. Worked into a froth. Intentionally angered. For purely political ends.

Stop letting them screw with you like this.

Oh, it makes a difference all right. And it infuriates you. But you'd best learn to keep that anger in check, because the party in power in 2016 will still be the Democrats. Count on it.

Not one WORD of outrage at being lied into a war of aggression that killed thousands of Americans and over 100,000 innocent Iraqis.

Instead you work yourselves up into a frothing frenzy because the U.N. Ambassador said "extremists" instead of "terrorists" after 4 people had died, in an effort to protect more people from retalliation BY NOT TIPPING OUR HAND to the terrorists who killed them.

Get some perspective for G-d's sake!
How convenient of you to forget what Bush said, was the same things Clinton and the democrats said for eight years straight. Bush kept Clinton's intel people, so if anyone was lying it was them, because the talking points were the same for almost nine years.

In fact, unless you were asleep in the 1990s, you would know that Clinton and the dems made even more grandiose statements about the threat from WMDs then Bush.

That "tipping our hand" statement has to be one of the most idiotic conspiracy theories I've heard.

Background Briefing on Libya

FactCheck.org : Benghazi Timeline
First, there were a lot of violent protests that day. So a lot of different situations are getting conflated.

It is my understanding that the video was never blamed for the attacks in Libya. It was initially believed that the attacks in Libya were in response to the violent protests in Cairo and that extremists saw this situation as an opening to attack the consulate and did.

Having one state department official say something in an interview is meaningless. Intelligence officials and general Petraeus have repeatedly said that what Susan Rice said in those interviews was what they knew at that time.

I'll tell you what I told the other poster. If you want to believe something, then your mind will supply the twisted reasons for the belief.

Look at reality, a cover up would involve more than these minor points of contention that are not going any where.

We have a recovered economy that's returning to some sense of normalcy after the nightmare perpetrated by the irresponsibility of Republicans who destroyed us for eight long and dreadful years.

Yes, thank you Republicans for creating this national nightmare.

After your party put up a guy who spit on the people who are suffering the most in this Republican-destroyed economy, then defended him as being right when he was exposed, you should be ashamed of even asking such a hypocritical question.

Your President stood and lied to your faces about this, four Americans are dead, and you're all OK with these actions.

This says a lot about the ethics and morals of our country and the left. It's more important for a man to win his popularity contest, even if it means he's lying to your face.
Lol... this is quite possibly the most ridiculous post I've read on here in weeks. Read up on the history of the CIA and you'll be surprised at how much "sneezing" the intelligence community does on its own.

Who cares which party is in control, if we are poor, unemployed, suffering under over $20 trillion in debt and still living thru this recession. You partisan hacks need to wake up, because the suffering we are enduring even today, knows no political party boundaries. There are just as many republican voters as democrat voters who have lost their jobs, their homes, and are forced onto Food Stamps.

There's nothing fictional about the factcheck.org Benghazi timeline.

I'm sure you've decided to not look at it because it's so damning.
What about the factcheck Bengahzi timeline? It says nothing.

In terms of the cover up, generally speaking a terrorist attack causes the public to rally around our nation's commander in chief. So, it is not very clear that saying it was a pre planned attack versus an attack that occurred at an opportune moment would make much difference.

But you keep on believing.
