With the exception of minimum wage jobs I've worked, mine have. They also required drug and background checks.
obama should know trying to keep something hidden only increases curiosity. The records should be opened.

School records, no. Degrees, yes. Records, no. Degrees=/=records. Degrees are public knowledge, records aren't. For that reason, Obama should never, ever be forced to release his records.

Well Obama's employer, the electorate, didn't make that a requirement when he was rehired a month ago nor did the founders of our company(the nation) put that requirement in the personel policy(the Constitution).
That's because most of 0bama's supporters are basically illiterate and uneducated. They wouldn't know school records from junk mail.

Nope. I had to send official transcripts (full transcripts that stated things like my status as a student while attending) to my last three employers in addition to background checks and drug screenings. My current job and last job were government jobs. The one before that was in automotive engineering.

The poster brought up the fact that the Constitution, the founders of our Company (The Nation) and the electorate did not make the submittal of college transcripts a requirement of Office.
