Totally constitutional since anything, including inaction, can be taxed now. I say we go for it. We're always taxing things to deter behavior in our society, this is no different.

It would still be cheaper than having the unwanted kid... and better for society.

I think late-term abortions, medical complications aside, should be taxed with a criminal penalty.

Youtube : "late term abortion," then see where you stand on the issue.

sure, and if a person cant afford it...the loud pro lifers who cant shut up about the sanctity of life can adopt the unwanted/unplanned children.

If a woman needs an abortion, i say get it. There doesn't need to be a tax on it.
