To add to the above, with the proper encouragement and help everyone can succeed, no matter what their ses. The education in wealthier neighborhoods is typically much better than in poorer neighborhoods.

The primary aspects of this odd discussion that I find so strange are:

- Why would anyone even care about this topic? Other than an odd sense of "I'm better than you/they are", how is this useful?

- Since it has be scientifically proven we use substantially less than our mental capacity, what is the difference as to who or what group has more unused capacity?

Very strange topic.

This whole subject is ridiculous. Culture is the reason some races are not educated, not genetics. It is a fact that certain races are more attractive than others, but uglies exist in ALL races. Racial divisions are a way that the powerful distract the mases to keep themselves on top. Those from wealth have an infinately greater opportunity to succeed than the poor. I would like to see a levelling of the playing field and greater opportunity for everyone to participate.

No one has ever come up with a description of the "differences" among the "races" which is scientifically sound, anyway.

For example, I am a caucasian, but I can sing, dance, and hit the jumper from the key with a hand in my face. I venerate the great spirit. My chort can bounce like five feet man whenever I want. I'm hung like Secretariat. I'm also very good at math.*
