Almost ALL liberals believe Obama is the Second Coming, which is about as stupid in my book.

Little Green Footballs - Gallup Poll: 58% of Republicans Are Young Earth Creationists

...and 41% of Democrats also believe in young earth creationism and that's downright embrarrassing! How can we ever agree on anything when facts are subject to feelings and provably false beliefs?
And this is why they're the anti-science party who rejects facts and instead lives in a fantasy world.

Science is a liberal art. Open minds create. OTOH, 99% of engineers are conservative, love applications of science and you are business driven. Nobody gets rich in discovery, you are get yourself a household name if you are really good. Funding to science really takes an open mind when you are realize how long from discovery to profit takes. I commend scientists and respect all you are theories. For engineers or conservatives operating a business, Young Earth is fine to believe.

You have a right to teach your own children creationism or magic, you don't have a right to teach public school kids that.
Why don't you want the truth to be taught in public schools?

Theory - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Does it really matter which theory a person believes? Why get emotional about something that is just a theory? As long as it is just a theory, one would think that more than one can be taught and let the children decide which they want to believe. That would be the intelligent way to solve the problem. Liberals just cannot see all sides of almost any question. Intelligent people don't insist theirs is the only answer.

I agree - the mythology of evolution should not be deseminated.
