Deciding which products to offer for sale is not the same as refusing to sell to someone based on a difference in opinion about values.

Again, if a restaurant serves only Kosher food to everyone who patronizes the establishment, where is the discrimination?
If that same restaurant refuses to sell said Kosher food to Christians that would be discrimination, much like what this bakery owner has done.
He does not have that right in Oregon.
