How is it possible that you care about how many bullets the gov't buys, yet don't bat an eye to the billions spent on drones, bombs, aircrafts, etc.?

btw DHS has 250,000 employees, which most are required to zero and quailfy with their weapon semi-annually (2x a year)

DHS isn't requiring their receptionists and other office support staff to go qualify twice a year at the range. The number of DHS employees who actually carry a weapon and qualify is a lot less than "most" of that 250K number you site.
