In addition to blasting the Obama administration for the mission and for an official investigation they deemed a cover-up, the families complained that “military brass, while prohibiting any mention of a Judeo-Christian God, invited a Muslim cleric to the funeral for the fallen Navy SEAL Team VI heroes who disparaged in Arabic the memory of these servicemen by damning them as infidels to Allah.”
I'm sure most of you will have the knee-jerk reaction to say no he didn't..........Oh yes he did!
You do realize war is just that, a danger. That's what they signed up for. If they didn't want to take their chances, they never should've signed up, right? And of course families are going to blame anyone else, what do you think?
What this SEAL couldn't tell his mother was that the whole raid was a ruse. Like we've been telling you for years, Osama died in 2001. OSAMA BIN LADEN DIED IN 2001!!!
You think they fly around in choppers with huge SEAL TEAM-6 painted on the sides? No, they are in danger every day they are in Afghanistan, simply because that is the nature of war. If someone is killed in action, it is not always the president's fault. If the families was to make a political statement based on speculation, it is cetrainly their right, but it is simply their personal opinion.
But you thought these very same individuals should be honored by Congress for simply doing their job.
Are you aware that there are Taliban infiltrators who embed themselves into our military and are on military bases. Seal teams operate from military bases, not outposts.
They may appear to be uneducated and limited with the English language, but they have ears and they have eyes and they can be smart and make themselves "invisible" to those around them. They've been known to pass information on to the outside and units are ambushed because that info got out and they have actually killed soldiers up close and personal. They don't get alot of information, but they manage to get some.
If you want to believe that the downing of the helicopter with 17 seal members was random, go right ahead.
Are you seriously trying to sell me the idea that the Taliban is only interested in killing SEAL Team-6 members, and no one else? They will shoot at any US helicopter and in this case they were lucky enough to hit one with an RPG. I happen to know some people who served in Afghanistan, and they were not SEALs, but got shot at anyway. But if it makes you happier thinking it is some kind of conspiracy, then you go right ahead.
