Ahhh, I see. Another Republican 'victim'. Life is not hard because there is a Democrat in office 'bro. Life is hard because you evidently have made poor choices.

Not a damn thing. But then unlike many I don't look for others to improve my life. It would be nice however if the fed stayed out of my life.

We've heard this before and it is said as if the poor economy at the time had nothing to do with it -- an economy that slashed revenues and drove up the spending of the safety net.

How about now? Revenue are up, proving that raising tax-rates actually does increase revenue and the deficit is rapidly declining. For years the right-wing has been all about the deficit. Urgent action was needed to avert crisis. Fix the Debt, now now now!

So where are the celebrations from the right-wing now that the debt issue looks, if not solved, at least greatly mitigated? And it’s not just recovering revenues: health costs, the biggest driver of long-run spending, have slowed dramatically.

Can't think of anything this Hitler wannabe has ever done.
So much credibility in your post.
Let's see, are you getting a new job building ovens?
When you have nothing else, I suppose it's Godwin's Law.
Good show.

The 5 percent increase EVERYONE got at the beginning of this year alone, along with the fact that my income was the same but i got half the return back. My 2 years of comparing were 23 dollars difference in yearly income. I paid within 1.30 cents of same amount into taxes between the 2 years yet when i got my returns, this year was 47 percent of the return I got the previous year. That Chielgirl is a tax increase.
No, it's not a tax increase.
It was temporarily decreased.
With all of the major whining, there never should have been a tax holiday.
Some people can look at a gift horse and spit at it.

There is more than one factor in your taxes.
Holey moley, do some people graduate from grade school?

I have a job, a great one.
Funny how everyone I know, sans 1 person, has a good or better job than they did 5 years ago.
"Everybody knows" memes are ridiculous.
Your wonderful private sector is not hiring (free market) and you want to close down the public sector.
Idiots who vote against their best interest and whine.
Gotta love it.

Nothing. But it's my life to improve...not his. He doesn't know me...and I don't know him. I am responsible for my life. Baraka, who?

The last convoy of US troops to leave Iraq has entered Kuwait, nearly nine years after the invasion that toppled Saddam Hussein.
That's from 11 Dec 2011.

You might want to note that the Obama budget includes the cost of wars.
Bush's budget didn't.

It's called honesty in reporting.

As we have noted here before, the U.S. military has largely paid for the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan through emergency spending measures, in effect keeping wartime costs off the books. In addition to masking skyrocketing budget growth at the Department of Defense, this process has allowed the services to treat budget supplementals as a piggy bank for new procurement. Members of Congress may have grumbled about poor oversight, but they have largely acquiesced.

Obama’s message? Not anymore.
