Face it people are fed BS daily and many buy it and think it is right to do away with renewable resources....or that their time isn't now, or it can't be done , or they aren't efficient .. all messages the oil companies push, yet people that stand nothing to gain and much to loose recite these positions regularly.

If you look at the laws being pushed by lobbyists like ALEC you will ALWAYS find a special interest being served, one that only a few are touched by, yet thousands jump on their rally to support the stupidity.

Privatized post office - will help no one and the people will suffer
privatized social security - that's right trust the banks that brought you economic collapse with your retirement
privatized education - first they make schools ineffective, so Johnny can't read and they get everyone to go for private education where the one provider becomes the billionaires.

the list is long, and yet people without the full story will buy into this crap and support things that never help them.
Don't have to privatize the Post Office. The duties can be contracted out. It has happened before. Ever hear of the Pony Express?

Some of the Post Office duties are already contracted out and doing a fine job.

Private education is doing a hell of a lot better then public education. We need to get rid of the school unions and the NEA.
