Again, so what? What if he had been suspended for having stolen property? Zimmerman would have had no way of knowing that, and even if he did, that still would not have given him the right to play judge, jury, and executioner that night. Last I heard, being suspended from school is not a capital offense.
Cinebar, no one is trying to say that GZ needed to know anything more about TM, other than the fact that he(TM) had GZ on the ground beating on him. The only thing that TM's thuggish background does is show the capability of TM to be aggressive and attack someone. It goes toward showing that TM was more likely to be the one who started the physical confrontation.

She is a witness, not a jury member, and is allowed to have an opinion. The defense will present pro-Zimmerman witnesses. She shouldn't have pretended to be impartial and should have said "Damn right I signed that petition. Based on what I saw, and what I've read, I believe Z is guilty. That does not make me a liar. I swore to tell the truth and I am".

The same can be said for Zimmerman. Zimmerman has a record and Martin does not.
This isn't a trial about "self-defense" though! Zimmermann got out of his car and stalked this teen and murdered him point blank when he was told not to do so.
There was a woman in a white blouse today with an earpiece, sitting below the bench. She looks like a court reporter.
The earpiece indicates to me that she was monitoring the digital recording system. HOWEVER, the other type of court reporters sometimes use earpieces so they can hear what is being said at bench conferences without the rest of the courtroom hearing it. So, who knows?
So what was Dale's comment about her teeth all about? That was so odd. Just the usual Dale? I thought he was being serious........SILLY, SILLY ME.
As you should be aware he went to anger management.
Yet he still legally had a CCW permit in the state of Florida. Does Florida issue permits to convicted criminals?
BTW does anyone know when the prosecution is going to call a witness that actually helps them prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Zimmerman wasn't acting in self defense?
All of their witnesses so far have helped the defense.
