I would call today a draw. The prosecution picked up a little steam, but imo, the goofy lady who diagnosed George by looking at pictures cost them any credibility they might have picked up.
Just my opinion.
Not to mention there is no way, period, of determining injuries inside George's head without proper Xray or similar equipment.
I blew her off entirely and dozed off. I'll watch the YouTube of her testimony later if I get a sudden urge for stupid.
My guess is there are many incidents of people dying from head injuries with nary a scratch on the outside.
How come you didn't say that when O'Mara was doing the same thing with the PA?
Because Zimmerman's best friend testified (and wrote a book about it), that Zimmerman told him Trayvon touched the gun. Later, the lab reports will show that there's none of Trayvon's DNA on the gun.

Just because you touch something doesn't mean you are going to leave DNA behind. Maybe it happens that way on tv crime shows but not in real life. Everytime you touch some you don't leave DNA behind. That's not how it works.
In the video that the police made, "the re-enactment" it is plainly clear that Zim has two of the butterfly bandages that they (medical profession) use for any wound that can be closed without stitches, simply because of the scaring issue that stitches cause.
Maybe a med pro here can tell us at what length the cut has to be to require stitches.
I know that my first back surgery they only used the butterfly bandage and superglue and the incision is close to two inches.
Depends on where the cut is. In general, if the wound has gaping edges or is very deep, the dr will stitch. Sometimes they glue. I've seen them stitch some pretty little cuts in kids, esp on the face, chin, etc.
If you watch HLN they are reviewing and giving their opinions on which side did best today right now.
I personally thought the prosecution took it today.
Ah, yes, I think I see the problem.
I like wildabouttrial online because there is ZERO commentary. ZERO ads, ZERO except for the trial, period. No babbling fools to tell people what they just saw.
The judge has been on the prosecution's side for most of the case. In May employees at the prosecution office testified that Bernie was intentionally hiding evidence and that he had lied about it directly to the judge. She just brushed it off and said they would deal with it after the trial. That was the fourth time the defense had caught them withholding evidence and had filed sanctions motions each time. They also asked 4 separate times for extensions based on the evidence withholding and the judge said it wasn't "insurmountable." The prosecution dumped 1,000 pages of withheld evidence on the defense on June 4th, one week before trial, and the judge didn't see a problem with that.
Given the shenanigans, the prosecution should be kicking butt, but it's hard to overcome a case where all of the evidence is on the side of the defense.
I agree. It's underlying, but it's there. She has a snippy attitude toward the defense.
Its amazing that GZ did nothing to defend himself - except pull his gun at the end. The fight traveled about 50 feet, GZ threw no punches, and let his head get repeatedly slammed into the sidewalk. He had the big flashlight in his hand the whole time (it was found beside TM's body) yet claims he was sucker punched 50 feet away and makes no mention of fighting back - just the wimpy waving in the re-enactment.
I think he was trying to reach for his gun the whole time. He didn't even try less lethal ways of defending himself. The evidence supports this because Trayvon had no bruises or injuries on him.
