Chuck I respect you, I really do, but I have to disagree with you on this.
If you follow someone around for no apparent reason at night you have every reason to believe that you might be confronted. GZ believed TM to be a punk and an A-hole, one can also assume punks or a holes might be even more likely to cause you a problem. That is exactly why you don't follow strangers around at night. That and when you do you make the stranger think that you are a possible mugger or something.

Emotion will play a part in what the jury decides. All it takes is one to see it the defense's way against the other 5, or vice versa, and that will be that.
Anyone who thinks jurors aren't influenced by presentation as well as argument don't have a clue. All that Bernie screeching would have given me headache.

You all have my deepest condolences both because of the loss of Trayvon Martin and the loss of this trial.
Don't be so condescending. Many of us are able to see BOTH sides of the coin and are interested in learning what actually happened that night, and are not just fixated on what can actually be proven in a court of law. Note: if any one of us was on the jury, then what actually can be proven does come front and center, we all know that, but here on this forum we are free to look at more than one scenario and to have sympathy for people who sit on both sides of the court room. There are NO winners in this trial no matter how it turns out. To suggest we need your sympathy is laughable at best.

That IMO shows they will do anything for some type of conviction.

Surprised they've not charged him with Felony abuse of the 911 system.
What did you expect with things going so badly and realizing they could never get a second degree murder charge to stick.

How did he approach Tm? I'll say this one more time... According to the Dispatch time line, GZ had lost sight of TM for more than enough time for TM to get home, It was less than 500 ft to get home. So it's logical that TM came back to GZ to confront him. He was angry that GZ had come looking for him. How is it that Gz was able to find TM? TM had a long head start while GZ was in the car, He had approx. 500 feet to get home. GZ continued to talk on the phone with dispatch for the next couple of minutes. TM should have been home by then. The only logical conclusion is the TM wanted to run into GZ. He was out of sight for a long time.

There are extremes on both sides of this.
I have never once seen or heard anyone here, especially me refer to or insinuate that Zimmerman is a hero because of what took place.

Trayvon committed suicide?

Not me that's for sure. The last thing I need is the expense of any type of litigation that could arise from being involved in anyone else's business. Why call the cops, you may get sued. Why observe someone, they may come back and hit you or worse and certainly never, ever follow someone because you could end up sitting in the defendants chair fighting for your life or....dead.

Society today has proven one thing, no good deed goes unpunished.
Good deed! Gimme a break! Would I call the cops on a suspicious person? Of course I would, neighborhood watch or no. How could one get sued for calling the cops? Please enlighten. "Observing" does not usually include confronting and shooting.

I missed this morning's action. Has the jury seen ANY (undead) photos of TM during this trial? Which ones?
