The mutual hitting and restraining orders happened in 2005. He even resumed a friendly relationship with the woman after the incident. The man Did get help, anger management classes.
It's too late to get help for the one who needed it in February 2012.

He contacted his ex-fiance 2009 and 2010 and wanted to meet up. They did, a few times. He complained about the fact that his wife didn't want to have kids, and he did. Sounds like he was trying to see if she would re-consider....

What's totally disgusting is the State wanted to bring in the 3rd degree Felony Child Abuse charges at the last minute yesterday.
That IMO shows they will do anything for some type of conviction.
Surprised they've not charged him with Felony abuse of the 911 system.

Besides it was listed as part of the statute...it isn't incomprehensible...Trayvon was a minor, George did commit a felony and cause the death of Trayvon by his own actions....pulled the trigger.
What is being argued is whether George acted in self-defense.
If he would have continued or ran home he would be alive today. He chose to try to make a name for himself and impress his girlfriend and died for it.
or
If GZ had followed his training, done as he was trained to do. This wouldn't have happened.
What bothers me is Why should TM have to run home? Why did Zimmerman have to follow TM?
