Nice try, the marriage license application only provides for a male and female applicant. By simply filling out the form one has falsified the document. Any it will indeed be construed as a crime to marry anyone to "solemnize" a wedding without a license approved by the state of Indiana and since the marriage application only allows for a female and a male applicant... drum roll.... it bans both same sex marriage and anyone who "solemnizes" such a wedding without permission from the STATE.
As someone who was married in Indiana I know all about the marriage application. I also know that due to a mistake by a clerk that I almost got in trouble for falsifying a legal document, but was able to sort it out since I had the paperwork on hand.
The reason why Indiana did this that it knew that soon a bunch of people that only bother to do things the correct way is when it suits them was about to file a bunch of useless paperwork as a "protest".
Useless paper work costs money and Indiana decided to nip it in the bud so that they don't have to deal with the extra headaches. Now if you read the rest of the article you will notice that the Indiana legislators are thinking about adding a definition of marriage into the state constitution, SOOOO if the individuals who are upset by the ways things are right now and wants to change them, maybe they should fill out some paperwork addressed to their elected officials.
Most people usually dont hate gays, most hate perversion being openly promoted. But they may start to really hate gays if you push your agenda. There's is a red line, and its better not to cross it in order to feel safe. Especially if you live in a country were anyone can buy a gun.
It's also a felony to perform a wedding/union for same sex couples. So much for gay people undermine g the freedom of religion, now the antigays are telling churches what they can and can't do. Ridiculous!

States need to realize the MORE aggressive they combat same sex marriage, the MORE likely it will be found unconstitutional and most likely LEGAL in their state. Yes counter-intuitive to some but that is what will happen.

It is not enough to born a child, you need to raise one, and thats' better done in a family, in case you are not an animal but a human being.
Homosexual "couples" cannot born children, it's too clear even mention that.
Interracial marriage has no nothing to do with same-sex marriage. The first one can produce children, second one not = one is natural, second is not. Dont mess it.

Ability to produce children is not a requirement to get married. In fact there are laws that some couples have to prove that they are incapable of producing children in order to be able to get married.
Legalizing perversion means that every citizen of the country is pushed to take it as OK, even if one doesnt participate.
Grow a spine, ignore the things you find perverse. Pretending you're a victim isn't going to get you any sympathy. Nothing is being pushed onto you.
