MSNBC embarrasses itself by having Al Sharpton as a spokesperson for it's network.

Ah yes. The ol' "Two wrongs make a right" argument. Obviously, you are on the right, at least for P&OC because this is a common counterpoint for your side.

You must be feeling a bit silly by now, but just another reminder: This guy wrote "Beyond Fundamentalism", with the supporting title of "Confronting Religious Extremism in the Age of Globalization".

When is everyone going to finally wake up and realize that the Left is completely aligned with Islam in what is called the Red/Green Alliance. They are working together to destroy, Capitalism, Christianity and AMERICA! It's so damn obvious, it's hysterical when they deny it.
David Barton' mis-representations of history have been documented and thoroughly proven to be incorrect. Reza Aslan is a scholar. It is like comparing Cottage cheese with Mutton. As for the left being aligned with Islam, hardly!

What is it you think theologians do? Speaking as one, it is about God in History, in modernity and our reactions to Godself. If you think it contains no history then you are quite wrong.

This must be why in the Fox interview he called Christianity "the greatest religion in the world." (6:45).

Perfect example. Reza is a hack and is not qualified to call himself a historian of any sort. He lies about his credentials. You Lefties go so overboard in your quest to side with Islam.

He's a liar and you fell for it in your kneejerk reaction to defend a Muslim at all costs. The Christian David Barton is a quack, but THIS lying Muslim is all the truth and rage. We can see right through you nuts.
