As far as pandering to uninformed prejudice goes - not bad. If you look good in a short skirt, you may have a future with Fox.

OT: She graduated from Stanford in 1994 and won both the John Gardner Fellowship and Rhodes Scholarship.

She met her partner in 1999 when she was hired to do yard work during school break. She earned a PHD from Oxford in 2001.

Most posters, like the interviewer, have not read the book.

The Atlantic covered the interview and the subsequent claims that the author is not a scholar:

"What First Things fails to note is that the sociology degree is in the sociology of religion. Aslan may not have a graduate degree in history, but he does have a Ph.D. and an M.T.S. that bear on the topic at hand. He has also published extensively on religion. Arguing he's somehow not a scholar, as John S. Dickerson did, isn't really credible."

Is Muslim Academic Reza Aslan More Biased Than a Christian Scholar? - David A. Graham - The Atlantic

The sociology of Religion is about the beliefs, practices and organizational forms of religion ( history), using the tools and methods of the discipline of sociology.

They are working together to destroy, Capitalism, Christianity and AMERICA! It's so damn obvious, it's hysterical when they deny it.

What parts of the book do you disagree with and why?

While the factual information may be correct, the writer's words used could cast doubt on why something was done and whether it was right or wrong based upon his/her own social/political beliefs. Being a Muslim doesn't mean he doesn't know the subject, but as a muslim, Jesus wasn't the son of God the way Christianity teaches. To Islam, Jesus was a prophet and his followers who have not converted to Islam are infidels who must convert or die. So by what standard did he write the book, Jesus from the Islamic world view or from the Christianity view?
He wrote the book from an intellectual standard. Do you have difficulty realizing what an intellectual standard is?

Watch the video. It seemed like all the interviewer was concerned with is why a Muslim is interested in the founder of Christianity.

Is This The Most Embarrassing Interview Fox News Has Ever Done
A PhD is nothing more than a person with one more - very expensive - sheet of toilet paper than either you or me. My only question is...

'Was anyone wearing tampons dangling from their ears?'
