Well.....that was not a statistic that was true when blacks arrived here from Africa.
The one thing people MIGHT want to consider is that blacks in America do not practice AFRICAN CULTURE!!! Africans were stripped of their culture, their religions (for the most part) their names, as well as their freedom, dignity and a host of other things.....as part of the enslavement process. Thus, the culture that manifest among blacks in America is stamped MADE IN AMERICA. What was the process of creating the culture? The answer is centuries of enslavement, degradation, segregation, denigration, humiliation, dehumanization, economic deprivation, incarceration...and a host of other "tions" to prop up and maintain the culture of white supremacy.
Its amazing how people can be abused for centuries....but none of their problems linked to the abuse. Only in AmeriKKKa.

So he is doing nothing more then repeating a statistic, but what is HE actually doing about it except providing lip service? I look at it this way, why talk about something if you have no intentions on doing anything about it? All that he is doing is adding fuel to a fire that is fulll of resentment anyway
Did he mention anything about the Latino or white OOW Birth rate? Of course not he is being used just like herman "uncle ruckus" cain and as soon as his 10 minutes of controversy is up he will disappear just as fast

For some reason it is so easy the blame the results rather than the cause which is ALWAYS ignored whenever people of color are concerned
