If people still can't find jobs by now, then it's quite obvious they're not looking enough. In North Dakota jobs are going begging. If you think it's beneath your dignity to move to such a place, then I think it's beneath your dignity to still be without a job.
Have you read much about the employment conditions there? What life is like there for oil workers and for citizens? There have been some great articles.
Why get excited about Obama going on Leno? Obama goes on Leno, you complain that he isn't doing his job. Obama does his job, you complain that he's a socialist.

By that same logic, someone will always be unemployed and looking for work even if unemployment is 1% , so the President should never be allowed to smile.
