While I agree with you, if the color of their skin had been reversed the media would MAKE IT about race. The media seems to assume a racial motive if a white person attacks a black person but not if a black person attacks a white person.
WRONG!
A FIGHT IS A FIGHT (REALLY A BEATING BECAUSE THE VICTIM WAS NOT FIGHTING BACK), UNLESS SOME RACIAL MOTIVE IS UNCOVERED IT JUST SOME BOYS BEHAVING VERY BADLY AND SHOULD BE JUSTLY PUNISHED.
YOU AND OTHERS WITH THE SAME MINDSET PROBABLY FEEL THE BUS DRIVER DID NOT PHYSICALLY INTERVEINE BECAUSE HE WAS BLACK

You are not in my head and have no business telling anyone what I'm thinking because you have failed to buy a clue.
READ my post again. It wasn't about this incident or the bus driver or anything in your post. It was about how the media distorts racial issues depending on the color of the skin of the victim. I, honestly, believe that had the color of their skin been reversed the media would have MADE this about race. Note I never said it was about race. I just commented on what the media would have done had the color of their skin been reversed.
A white kid being beaten by black kids is not news and assumed to not be racially motivated. A black kid beaten by white kids would be news and would be considered to be racially motivated. The media is anything but color blind.
It is commonplace and unremarkable. Blacks account for most of the crime in America. White on black crime makes the news because it is unusual and uncommon.
Thank God someone else gets it. I'm starting to lose it. Lol.
A school like this should have 2 adults on every bus. How can a bus driver drive and supervise a bus of kids. That is true on any bus but more so on a bus of troubled school kids. The bus driver should have stepped in but he could have been worried about getting charged by touching a minor or he knows these kids are trouble and is afraid of them or there parents. They get their drugs from somewhere.

I agree. Regardless of whatever the motives for the assault would be it would be seen as about race and the professional race baiters would be in full force.
But I don't believe in fighting idiocy with idiocy.
Quick solution (and this has nothing to do with skin color).... The boy, if he has any older brothers, or cousins should find the perps that did this and return the favor. Or, perhaps he can get a few of his friends? Hey... sorry... eye for an eye!
Because no is listening when you try to talk about how the Florida justice system fails when a young boy is assulted or killed. IMO The recently widely publicized case was more about the failure of a Justice system and less about race.
This has been on CNN. It cracks me up when you people post threads about "no one is talking about blahblahblah (insert black person criminal)."
People are talking about it. This story was also on my local city's news last night. People are outraged here about it and I live in Atlanta. I was outraged and am a black woman. I was more upset with the black bus driver for not stepping in and protecting that child than anything else.
