Not to mention he's insulting someone living in Germany. Last I checked, Germany has the best economy in Europe.

The whole western world; say what?

You just cannot seem to gather together two coherant thoughts so as to form a relevant accurate opinion about anything can you. Do some fugging research before you post utter nonsense.

The United States did not declare an official declaration of war, which means we could have only entered Iraq through NATO or the UN. I cannot remember which, but either way, the western world would have had to be behind us. The UK, Australia, Poland, South Korea, Italy, Georgia, Ukraine, the Netherlands, and Spain all fought in the Iraq war at some point.

He's making it sound like the US has 0% unemployment and the country has money to burn. Sure, the US is just rolling in dough. People are lighting cigars with $100 bills. Nothing to see here, now move along.

The US is not bankrupt, but does have a huge debt. Although, since sequestration, the US budget has been in the green so we are doing good so far. And I never said that no one in Europe works, but in some of the socialist European nations you could get a lot of things from the government, that you would actually have to work for in the US

You implied that Europeans don't have to work because everything is handed to them. Why, here it is!

And many of the employed still have to rely on food stamps, subsidized housing and healthcare. How many employed Europeans have to do that? "Employed" doesn't necessarily mean gainfully employed in the US.
(And I'm glad you think the US is doing well financially. Any chance you can pay us back the money you owe us? No cheques, please.)

You confuse the movies with real life. I have none of those issues where I live. Crime is very low, I walk down the street any time of the day or night and I don't kill anybody. I don't even own a gun. My culture is not violent at all. It's quite peaceful, pleasant and free from stress. And I don't desire any junk.

Don't assume that all of America is the same. It's not.

I may not have as many things living in Germany, but I have safety.
So do I. It's very safe in 95% of America.

I can walk down almost any street at any time in almost any neighborhood and be safe. I'd rather be comfortable in my surroundings than have stuff.
And I have both. Safety and comfort. Yes, I enjoy my 70" HDTV. You can call it junk, doesn't bother me at all. I can choose to stay in and watch the PGA Championship in stunning color on TV or go outside and walk peacefully down the street. Life is good when you have choices.

I don't have the EU siding with corporations and screwing the citizens.
People can afford education and get job training. There's universal health care.
Millions of people here go to college. In fact, we have way too many college students.

My quality of life in Europe far surpasses the pettiness, hatred and "I've got mine, forget you" attitude prevalent in the US.
My quality of life in Texas far supasses what you have in Europe. I never see or feel hatred. We care for our own.

You really should visit places other than the ghetto next time you are here.
