We went over this 10 pages ago. In modern democratic societies we have rights and limits on those rights. If you want lawlessness & "i'll do whatever i please" there are some fine African & Mideast countries you could move to.

I can't understand why people from the better educated state of NJ are arguing about guns. Did a bunch of Southerners move into NJ with their more guns is better ideas.
Down here every loony tune in town has and probably carry's a gun and we have more domestic shootings every day than NJ has in a year. If you think arming everybody is a solution then I suggest a trip to NC to see how that's working.
Take a hard look at just who advocates liberal gun laws. It's the lower educated from the bible belt states that's who. Plus those politicians seeking their votes.
I can't believe educated people from my home state are debating about joining in with the Southern dummies.

im trying to understand why its so difficult for you to name some features. you realize that when gun control laws are written; features are listed. the term "military assault style weapon" is insufficient for the president and its insufficient for legislation. the nj assault weapons ban is primarily a cosmetic issue. if someone wanted to improve upon that; they will need to do so by listing features to ban. are you so married to sensational rhetoric that you are dead set against stating something with any substance? how does substance make your argument weaker?

how does it make you feel that you had to add words to that phrase to modify its meaning? the phrase is there, so i have no issue with you including it but you added a couple of very meaningful words that arent there.
