Nice victory, but no dice. It was insufficient, and can't stop the implementation of the ACA.

So, about that trouncing....

The majority have decided. The abortion known as Obamacare needs to be put down.

I agree, ACA can't be stopped, too many companies want to get out of providing healthcare for their employees by dumping it on the government.

I don't know why Democrats are crowing about this though....just wait till you and yours are rolled over into a private exchange. It's just going to be the same thing as before, except in a couple of years it's going to cost more and give you less.

New boss, same as the old boss, except now the government burearcrats will be running the show with more waste and less efficiency.

Its to counteract LSD's brain dead legislation.

What do you mean by the GOP not having a strong candidate? Don't people vote on issues? Romney clearly stated that he would get rid of Obamacare and that was one of his campaign talking points. Why didn't all these people against it come out and vote for Romney? And if they didn't vote because they didn't like Romney then shame on them and they have no cause to complain.

Obamacare was upholded by SCOTUS in 2012 - and GOP House and Senate member can uphold responsible health care, the definition that meets Obamacare does not meet.

The government won't be shut down, conservatives bump their heads each year on this issue and those bond investors who own them and liberal politicians as well put them back in their place. It's disgusting honestly.

Single payer, universal system will never happen in this country due to two words - Corporate Greed.

Obama had to take it off the table, remember?
