As for what you added, it still doesn't prove anything - especially your driving analogy, since driving has pretty clear legal restrictions and requirements. The only restrictions regarding sex are consent, age of consent, public exposure, and I think that's it. Are there restrictions on how many partners one can have? No. End of story.
