lol, and you never use a ATM, or board a flight with a ticket from the kiosk?

More machines at Mcdonald's - Less jobs- will result in less customers coming to them and less profit in the end.

This country is going into the gutter thanks to folks like you. Decent life? YOU pay for their "decent life" if you want to. Don't make everybody else do so. I lived a lot of years to get to my "decent life" and now you want to take it from my CHILDREN. You see that is what you folks are doing and don't even know it. You are stealing money from our youth. But you are all for the children in you little ads and the like. Just sick...........
That is one sick comment.
Frankly, if you think someone working the whole day does not deserve a decent (which is not the same as luxurious) life, your morals are screwed up.
MD had profits of 8.6 billion dollars last year, it is traded at the stock exchange. Those 8.6 billion dollars, that is where your money is if you go to MD. And you think it is better for that money to go to greedy investors rather than the employees of the company enabling that profit in the first place? Those 8.6 billion dollars do not come from your children, after all it is a company, not the government which might have to get into debt in order to pay higher wages.

The whole stock system was a bad idea as it screws up the moral foundation of society.

I am not suggesting some fixed value like 15 dollars per hour, but a decent minimum wage based on the cost of living at the location.

If they can automate preparation and delivery of the product, even better.

The question is whether the current White House regime will try to claim a job created for every kiosk installed.

What will the mindless idiots with no ambition in life other than to feel entitled to other peoples money do?

With more poverty due to low minimum wages, that 8.6 billion dollars profit figure will go down. Most of the customers at McD are low wage earners themselves.

Conversely, a higher minimum wage benefits the economy as workers won't just sit on their additional income.

If that's the case then just have the USG up their welfare benefits.
You want money circulating then let the government send everyone checks to spend.

Workers need to earn money on the basis of their work. Workers are not beggars or leeches living on the welfare system.
