Hopefully this will be accomplished in a civil lawsuit.

Being a legal sentence and application of the law are two completely different things.

And? That and 2 dollars will get you a cup of coffee. The more important issue is: What are the people in DFW going to do about it? Nothing. Whine and moan for a few days, then go drink some Egg Nog and that is it. Nothing will be changed, until the people who live there force a change. It can be done. If enough people RISE up and force the criminal justice system, higher ups can review the judges ruling and over turn it.

However, again, it won't happen, because the basic facts of human nature is: We don't really care. We say we do, but when it comes right down too it, we don't. It wasn't my family killed. I don't like what happened, but hell, wait, its Black Friday. Have to go shopping...

this.
even when we care, we care out of self interest.
'let me help someone because it will make me feel good'
as a poor black youth, if it were me, i'd have been given 15...because my kind are thugs.
lol

i don't live under laws that are oppressive to me.
i mean, i have to.
but i think of cogs in that system of oppression as...funnily enough...sub human.
not worth the life they have.

Here is something I have noticed about "American Justice" in some cases. The more money you have the greater the "Justice "system can be bought.
OJ? Zimmermann? Casey Anthony? This kid?
