There will not be another criminal trial. The government created these when local authorities would not file charges.

That full reach and scope cannot violate previous laws, which would preclude further charges for the same crime already found guilty of.

It DOESN'T preclude however, a civil case, would technically is already won by a guilty verdict in the criminal case. His riches are in jeopardy.

This teenager will most likely end up with more crimes since he got off easy and than he will have to serve the rest of his sentence. Maybe he will go to Walmart and steal a beer...and they can catch him and put him away.
