Hopefully, more producers and taxpayers leave that dump. Then you all can pick up the slack! It's about time liberals started paying for their decisions at the voting booth. They're always happy to have "the rich" pay, but rarely if ever do they like pulling their own weight.

Good for him. Id do the same, though I wouldve left by now. If I were in the financial position he is or better off than I am now, Id leave Connecticut. Im sick and tired of paying taxes on just about everything. High property taxes, one of the highest gas prices in the country, AND $500 or so a year just to own a vehicle, state sales tax, ect, ect. Enough already.

Congrats Sean and good luck wherever you end up. Too bad more people wont do this to send a message. Keep more money from the tax and spend politicians.

So complain all he wants, he would not have the $$ he has without NY.
So all rich people come from New York?

so you are implying he has been an idiot for all these years since he called NYC the greatest city on earth...

Doesn't he still say it in the radio promo before the show starts?

Looks like Governor Cuomo is doing some Tap Dancing. He claims he never said Conservatives should "leave New York" and that's true ...... depending on your definition of "no place in New York". If somebody told me "you have no place here" during a rant about me - I would take that to mean "leave". The New York Post apparently thought the same.
Cuomo is trying to backtrack now.

This is the transcript that the Governor has released in his 'open letter' to the New York Post.

Open Letter to the Editor Regarding New York Post Story "Gov. Cuomo to conservatives: Leave NY" published on Saturday, January 18th, 2014.

Here's what he said:

"Because if that’s who they are and they’re the extreme conservatives, they have no place in the state of New York, because that’s not who New Yorkers are."

NY state lost more people than any other state last year. It can't afford to keep losing productive people at the rate it has been. NY has lost 175,000 jobs since 2005. Every day I see a commercial on TV about starting a business in NY. They are advertising tax free zones for people coming to NY to start a business.
Cuomo was an idiot to offend millions in his state and half the country at the same time he is begging people to come there and start a business.
